FRENCH SPEAKING AGENTS (TECHNICAL ACCOUNT)
Fujitsu is looking for French Speaking Agents which will be based in Bonifacio Global city, Taguig City.

As French Speaking Agents, you must have the following qualifications and will perform assigned tasks:
- Successful candidates endorsed for a Technical Support account will be providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone / email / chat
- Must have at least 6 months Call Center experience handling a Technical and / or Sales account.
- Preferably with background in IT Products, specifically Hardware.
- Must be technically competent.
- Must have completed at least 3 years of College education.
- Must have good French communication and comprehension skills.
- Must be willing to work at night shift or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules.
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
All candidates must have the following additional qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.
