Helpdesk Specialist

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience: ticketing system, level 2 support (onsite support)

 

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

  • In charge of organizing incident solving activities based on ITIL recommendations and defined processes assigned to the Helpdesk role.
