? Clearly expresses customer needs in the form of user stories and product requirements, clearly logged, and documented
? Refine, Prioritize and sequence the Product Backlog based on changes, development team progress, and Stakeholder/Customer feedback
? Ensure that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and show what the Scrum team will work on next
? Ensure the development team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed for implementation, and communicate with the engineers why each item is aligned with product strategy and Customer needs
? Work with Scrum Masters to help direct, motivate, and guide the delivery teams
? Work with QA Specialists to support the development of project test plans, test scripts and the organization of the Testing team. In some situations this role will be required to perform Quality and Integration testing.

? Work with multiple parties including the Development team, CSM team, Documentation team and Customer to ensure successful, timely feature delivery
? Demonstrated experience within an Agile/Scrum software development organization
? Proven ability to communicate product needs in the form of rationale, requirements, performance targets, standards, use cases, workflows
? Current and relevant people management experience and relationship skills that should include team member skills development and the ability to provide coaching/mentoring to Development team members
? Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and refinement in an agile/scrum software development organization
? An ability to thrive in an uncertain environment and adapt to change. This is a role that you will help define and grow over time;
? Solid experience with JIRA, Trello and similar applications
? Strong presentation skills with experience presenting at the executive level both internally and externally.
? Passionate about knowledge sharing and has the skills to help develop and advance the team through mentorship
? Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with clients, end-users, and team members.
? Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
? Previous experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a related field.
? Previous experience working with NetSuite and NetSuite Implementations
