Job Description

  • Serve as level 2 technical support for small to medium problem resolution. Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated system issues.
  • Provide operations support for SAP systems and technical infrastructure, including but not limited to transport administration, printer administration and system monitoring.
  • Monitor and maintain operational readiness of the enterprise applications and work as part of the global 24/7 organization
  • Plan and coordinate resources and responsibilities for day-to-day operations and executing system maintenance, and ensuring knowledge transfer among team members
  • Track system activity to ensure the service is operational as defined by SLAs
  • Queue management in conjunction with the technical leads in specified areas
  • Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes
  • Ensure requirements are being met in accordance with corporate compliance
  • Off hours on-call support and weekend or holiday work may be required

 

Job Profile

  • Must have a degree on Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
  • Must have an experience on a shared services environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skill, problem solving, attention to detail, and can handle multiple task
  • SAP Basis experience in SAP environment with multiple module and applications
  • Solid working experience managing multiple computing platforms (OS and DB combinations) such as Unix, Linux, Windows, DB2, Oracle and SQL
  • Strong working knowledge of SAN, OS, Network and advanced hardware concepts
  • Preferably with Experience with SAP HANA administration and Practical experience with integration technologies such as TREX and Redwood

About Us The Philippines site, located at the Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, is the third and final Global Service Center (GSC) of 3M Company, which will bring all the advantages of the GSC model to the Asia Pacific region. 3M Global Service Center in the Philippines intends to provide a full range of IT-enabled Business Process Outsourcing IT-enabled professional services in Finance, Sourcing, Human Resources, and IT solutions from the Philippines, for 3M Company, such as: (a) Record-to-Report - Processing of Financial Transactions that include Accounts Receivables processing, Payments processing, Fixed Assets and Projects processing, General Ledger and Month end closing activities and Reporting; (b) Source-to-Pay - Processing of Sourcing transactions related to Vendor PO and Vendor Invoice Processing; (c) Hire-to-Retire - Human resource transaction support services; (d) Master Data - Master data management; (e) Global Operations Support- SAP Global Operations Support services that include the areas of IT support, SAP Incident and Change Request management; and (f) Business Services - Processing of activities related to Customer Service e.g. account management, standard pricing and maintenance, customer data management.
