The senior developer is structured, logical, focused, lazy in the sense that reuse of code is close to religion, self-driving person who bring energy, new ideas to optimization and practical experience to this focused and dynamic team.

 

Job specifications, standards, and requirements

  • At least 5 years of extensive development experience with Delphi
  • Experience with Delphi XE
  • Experience working with, or upgrading to Delphi versions
  • Strong experience in database and MS SQL Server development
  • Strong experience in database design and table structures.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Data Modelling concepts, UML diagrams and various types of Design Patterns.
  • Hands-on experience in front and backend development
  • Strong ability to understand the business needs of organizations
  • Good knowledge in system design and architecture of software applications
  • Good written and spoken English communication
  • Positive energy, good proactive attitude and strong integrity

     

    Any of the following is a plus:

    • Retail industry experience
    • ETL (Extract Transform Load, MS SSIS)
    • EDI
    • Document Output management systems (LASERNET)
    • Enterprise Service Bus software (iCore)
