Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs tasks assigned by Team Leader.
  • Proactively suggest IT Services process improvement.
  • Joins Team Huddles to discuss observed road blocks and any deviation to the current process.
  • Provides support on reports and trend analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related courses
  • Candidate must have average to good communication skills.
  • Keen to details and must have an ability to multi-task.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years of work experience in specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be flexible in schedule and must be willing to work in Infosys Alabang Site
