Sharepoint Administrator

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 3-5 years' experience as a SharePoint Administrator or Developer
  • SharePoint 2016/2013 &/or SharePoint Online development experience
  • Active Directory integration experience
  • Office365 integration experience
  • SQL experience
  • Have good understanding of SharePoint server farm installations & SharePoint Add-Ins
  • Language skills (English)
  • Degree qualifications preferable

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The purpose of this role is to build, configure, maintain & administer SharePoint websites using web UI or SharePoint Designer, & developing & managing code for SharePoint, & developing & enhancing applications around the core concepts of business process management, collaboration, business intelligence or enterprise content management.
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Development of solutions using SharePoint OOTB features, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint InfoPath &/or custom solutions & using O365 features like O365 Video, Yammer, Groups, Planner, Delve Analytics & Delve
  • Technical solution design by mapping business requirements to technical requirement utilising SharePoint & O365 OOTB features or customisations
  • Analyse & implement custom SharePoint branding solutions using the most suitable method, such as SharePoint Designer, Theme, Sandboxed solution
  • Produce supporting documentation for SharePoint & O365 based solutions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements, seek clarifications & provide advisory when required
