- Background in any of the following: MailChimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce (Drip, Campaign Monitor), and the creation of EDM's for varied clientele.
- Experience in the setup of campaigns, and process, the relationship to brand building and customer reach
- Understand the data generated from EDM's
Social Media Advertising
- Facebook/Instagram/YouTube - Experience in the creation of ads, uploading, and monitoring of advertising for a varied client base via Social media.
- Understand content, placement, and targeting.
- Understand the performance of these elements, and advise/elevate to appropriate staff.
3 years' minimum experience with Social Media and EDM's
- Follow the process and templated procedure (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Eye for detail

- Understanding the difference between e-commerce and Non-e-commerce clients.
- Up-to-date knowledge of online advertising trends
