  • Provide first line of IT support for all Expedo clients
  • Manage support tickets using JIRA Service Desk; planning and prioritizing systematically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency
  • Deal with simple to complex queries about operation, configuration, customization and usage of Expedo products
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to partner organization as required
  • Identify problems, investigate cause and recommend solution to correct common issues
  • Develop and consistently demonstrate technical knowledge of Expedo products to provide a high level of support
  • Monitor and maintain system and data security
  • Create and execute MSSQL scripts to support data update requests from Expedo clients



  • Bachelor graduate of any IT-related course
  • 2+ years' relevant experience
  • Working knowledge on MSSQL, Network and Application
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (AM and PM shift)
  • Amenable to work at the office or one's home
