What is your mission?
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be working with our Consumer Electronics Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone. You will act as frontline staff to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries and resolves the concerns and/or complaints
Who are we looking for?
- Completed 2 years in college
- Must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience with 6 months in a technical account
- Good understanding of consumer electronics products
- Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work rotating shifts
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
