SoftBank Robots Pepper and Nao: vulnerable to cyberattacks

SoftBank, a Japan-based telco company, has produced two humanoids in the form of Pepper and Nao. The former, which can be spotted in malls, cruise ships, and airports around the world — is more than just a computer. It can evaluate your mood, talk, and move around. Unfortunately, these cute robots can be infected with malware.

Based from research by Lucas Apa and Cesar Cerrudo, Mexico, the cute Nao robot specifically, has been turned into a deranged machine.

It’s too early for world domination, humanoids!
